Media Rights. 9.1 The Team undertakes on behalf of itself, each Team Member and any other persons associated with the Team that it and they hereby consent in perpetuity and on a royalty-free basis throughout the Territory to:

Media Rights. The TDC shall have the right under this agreement to broadcast or rebroadcast, for any purpose whatsoever, radio, television, sound, video or film production, and still photographs, paid by the TDC and County, and produced by the TDC agencies of record.

Media Rights. 1.1 The Commission grants the Union the right to film, photograph or record any Event organised and operated on Commission Land and to license to any third party (including a Registered Club), with the prior approval of the Commission (which will not be unreasonably withheld), the right to do so under and subject to compliance by such third party with the terms and conditions set out in this Agreement PROVIDED ALWAYS that the material filmed, photographed or recorded pursuant to this Agreement may not be broadcast live and may be exploited only within:
Media Rights. TEAM retains all Media Rights related to the story of its participation in the CHALLENGE. TEAM agrees that CAFE will retain all Media Rights related to the story and conduct of the CHALLENGE. Each TEAM MEMBER agrees to let CAFE use the name and likeness of such TEAM MEMBER (without charge) as may be reasonably required in connection with the media material prepared and distributed by CAFE relating in any way to the CHALLENGE. TEAM agrees to provide CAFE reasonable amounts of video footage or access for recording activities related to participation of TEAM in the CHALLENGE and the right to use said footage for public affairs and/or educational purposes. CAFE is granted the right to furnish said footage and the right to use said footage to FUNDERS. TEAM agrees that its failure to furnish video footage or access for recording purposes based on CAFE's reasonable requests may result in TEAM's removal from participation in the CHALLENGE.
Media Rights. FIS has awarded to the Rights Holder the exclusive licence to exploit any and all Media Rights to the FIS Championships during and beyond the term of this Agreement and within the Territory and with the right to sub-license the Media Rights without restrictions to any third party.
Media Rights. The PWHLPA agrees that the PWHL and all League-related entities have the right during and after the Term of this Agreement to use, exhibit, distribute, or license any performance by the Players under this Agreement or the Standard Player Agreement, in any or all media, formats or forms of exhibition and distribution, whether analog, digital or other, now known or hereafter developed, including, but not limited to, print, tape, disc, computer file, radio, television, motion pictures, other audio-visual and audio works, Internet, broadband platforms, mobile platforms, applications, and other distributions platforms (collectively, “Media”).
Media Rights. U.S. Figure Skating owns all rights for any media in any form for the Championships, including but not limited to television, radio, internet, broadcasting, video recording, webcasting, internet hosting, and photography. Any footage recorded may not be broadcast or webcast without prior written approval of U.S. Figure Skating and is subject to the terms and conditions set forth by U.S. Figure Skating.
