Media Equipment. The Company shall reimburse Executive up to $15,000 for media equipment purchased by Executive for his home office. In addition, the Company shall reimburse Executive up to $6,000 annually for home media expenses, which reimbursements may be made at any time during such year. Executive shall also be reimbursed approximately $5,000 annually for home office expenses, with any significant deviation from such amount to be mutually agreed by the Company and Executive, which reimbursements may be made at any time during such year.

Media Equipment. The Company will provide Employee with a cellular phone, a computer, an e-mail or any other property of the Company for communication needs during the Employee’s work (the “Media Equipment”). Employee undertakes to use the Company’s Media Equipment and facilities only for the purpose of his employment and in accordance with any rule or regulation. Employee further undertakes not to use any other Media Equipment for the Company’s business. Employee acknowledges that all of the Media Equipment is the property of the Company and agrees that the Company is entitled to conduct inspections within the Company’s offices and on the Company’s Media Equipment with respect to Company’s related matter, including inspections of company e-mail transmissions and inspections of their content at the Company’s discretion, to the extent permitted under Israeli law. For the avoidance of any doubt, it is hereby clarified that all such examination findings shall be the Company’s sole property. By signing this Agreement, Employee grants the Company an irrevocable right to conduct inspections as aforesaid, including unannounced inspections.

Media Equipment. Media / audio-visual equipment must be reserved at the time a room reservation is made. Equipment is available on a first come, first served basis. Conference Center staff will provide very limited equipment support during our regular hours. You are advised to contract with Learning Technologies Services in advance if you will need assistance in setting up and running equipment. Damages If the rooms/furniture/shades/white boards/AV equipment/carpets, etc are damaged, users will be responsible for the full cost of repair or replacement. Signs Signs may not be posted on any painted surfaces, such as walls. You may post signs on doors the day of the event. Catered Events Food and beverages may be served as long as all areas are properly cleaned afterward. Users will be charged full cleaning fees if area is not restored to its original condition. Be sure to reserve enough time to allow for setup and breakdown by the caterers.

  • Equipment The Fund shall obtain and maintain at its own cost and expense all equipment and services, including but not limited to communications services, necessary for it to utilize the Software and obtain access to the System, and Custodian shall not be responsible for the reliability or availability of any such equipment or services.

  • Capital Equipment Collaborator’s commitment, if any, to provide ICD with capital equipment to enable the research and development activities under the Research Plan appears in Appendix B. If Collaborator transfers to ICD the capital equipment or provides funds for ICD to purchase it, then ICD will own the equipment.   • Leased Equipment The risk of loss or damage to leased equipment, goods or property shall not transfer to the University except as provided in §680.219, Florida Statutes. Any security interest in the leased equipment, goods or property granted to the Contractor contrary to AGO 79-72 and AGO 80-9 is null and void. Limitations of remedies provisions, which are unconscionable under applicable Florida law, are void. MATERIAL SAFETY DATA SHEET (MSDS). In compliance with Florida Statutes, Ch. 442, a Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS) must accompany any applicable item delivered under this Agreement.

  • SERVICES AND EQUIPMENT Section 21.01. Landlord shall, at its cost and expense:

  • Title to Equipment Title shall vest in the Contractor to all equipment purchased hereunder.

  • Spares Boeing will revise, as applicable, the customized Recommended Spares Parts List (RSPL) and Illustrated Parts Catalog (IPC).

  • Furniture Sub-Sublandlord represents and warrants that all furniture and equipment listed and described in Schedule “B” attached hereto is within the Sub-Subleased Premises (such equipment and furniture is hereinafter collectively referred to as the “Existing Furniture”). The Sub-Sublandlord warrants that the Existing Furniture is free of any financial lien or hypothec and that there are no service contracts affecting the Existing Furniture. The parties acknowledge and agree that, upon the execution and delivery of this Sub-Sublease, without the requirement of any additional consideration, all rights, title and ownership in and to the Existing Furniture shall be conveyed to and vest in Sub-Subtenant and Sub-Subtenant shall be free to maintain and/or dispose the Existing Furniture as Sub-Subtenant so elects in its sole discretion but subject to the terms hereof. The foregoing conveyance with respect to the Existing Furniture shall be self-executing and no additional documentation shall be required in order to evidence the aforementioned assignment and conveyance of the Existing Furniture to Sub-Subtenant. Sub-Sublandlord makes no representation or warranty as to the condition, fitness or suitability of such Existing Furniture for Sub-Subtenant’s purposes. Sub-Subtenant may, as it deems appropriate or necessary, reconfigure the Existing Furniture to combine with any of Sub-Subtenant’s furniture and equipment. Sub-Sublandlord shall have no obligation for the maintenance, repair or replacement of any such Existing Furniture.

  • Supplies and Equipment The Union and employees will not use state-purchased supplies or equipment to conduct union business or representational activities. This does not preclude the use of the telephone for representational activities if there is no cost to the Employer, the call is brief in duration and it does not disrupt or distract from the Employer’s business.

  • Communication Equipment All charges for equipment or services used for communication between the Manager or the Corporation or Fund and the custodian, transfer agent or any other agent selected by the Corporation;

  • Fixtures and Equipment Each of the Company and its Subsidiaries (as applicable) has good title to, or a valid leasehold interest in, the tangible personal property, equipment, improvements, fixtures, and other personal property and appurtenances that are used by the Company or its Subsidiary in connection with the conduct of its business (the “Fixtures and Equipment”). The Fixtures and Equipment are structurally sound, are in good operating condition and repair, are adequate for the uses to which they are being put, are not in need of maintenance or repairs except for ordinary, routine maintenance and repairs and are sufficient for the conduct of the Company’s and/or its Subsidiaries’ businesses (as applicable) in the manner as conducted prior to the Closing. Each of the Company and its Subsidiaries owns all of its Fixtures and Equipment free and clear of all Liens except for (a) liens for current taxes not yet due and (b) zoning laws and other land use restrictions that do not impair the present or anticipated use of the property subject thereto.
