Media Center. The parties hereto recognize the importance of the concept of the Media Center in each school as part of the district education program. In recognition of this concept, the following guidelines are desirable: One (1) full time certified media specialist for each 500 students, or major fraction thereof; plus one (1) full time media secretary for each 500 students; plus one (1) full time equivalent media paraprofessional for each 500 students.
