MECHANICAL AND ELECTRICAL ENGINEERED WORKING. DRAWINGS AND SPECIFICATIONS (“M & E WORKING DRAWINGS”). The Tenant Plans shall be engineered to provide for complete mechanical and electrical operating systems. Tenant shall contract with Tenant Engineers and cause them to prepare M & E Working Drawings showing complete plans for electrical and mechanical systems including but not limited to, life safety, automation, plumbing, and air cooling, ventilating, heating and temperature controls.
