Measurement Procedures. Midstream Co shall use the Measurement Devices owned by Midstream Co (or if Midstream Co’s rights under Section 4.1(d) are exercised, then the Measurement Devices owned by Producer) at the Measurement Points to determine the volumes of Product passing through the Individual System for purposes of Article 6 and Article 10.
