Measurement Point. The Carbon Dioxide delivered hereunder shall be measured for custody transfer at the Delivery Points in accordance with the standards set out in this Article.

Measurement Point. The measurement point shall be located at a mutually agreeable point at or upstream of the Delivery Point, in accordance with the standards set out in this Article X. Seller or Seller’s representative shall ensure that the Product delivered hereunder shall be measured for custody transfer at the Delivery Point, in accordance with the standards set forth herein.

Measurement Point. All Gas sold hereunder shall be measured at the Delivery Points on Tennessee and Algonquin systems at pressures in existence at the time of delivery and shall be measured to the unit of one MMBtu.

Measurement Point. For Raw Make attributable to Gas processed at the Bluestone Processing Plant, the point of measurement of Raw Make shall be as set forth in the Bluestone Processing Agreement. For all other Raw Make, the point of measurement shall be the meter at or near the first inlet flange of any Raw Make pipeline owned by MarkWest or its Affiliates or unloading facilities at the Fractionation Plant, as applicable.
