Measurement Equipment. Antero Water shall (or shall cause Antero Treatment or another Affiliate of Antero Water to) install, own, operate, and maintain Measurement Facilities (a) to measure the volumes of Fresh Water taken at each Take Point on each Day and (b) to measure the volumes of Fresh Water (other than Treated Waste Water) made available at each Fresh Water Measurement Point on each Day. Antero Water shall also track and account for volumes of Fresh Water consisting of Treated Waste Water that are commingled with other Fresh Water in the High-Rate Transfer Facilities. Producer shall have the right to install check Measurement Facilities at each Take Point and each Fresh Water Measurement Point, including the right to install check measurement equipment on Antero Water’s meter tubes and orifice unions. Producer may also check Antero Water’s measurements of Fresh Water using data collected by Producer or its hydraulic fracturing contractors regarding the actual volumes of Fresh Water delivered from the High-Rate Transfer Facilities into the Fresh Water Delivery Points. Unless such check measurements show a discrepancy of greater than 2%, for all purposes of this Agreement, the volumes of Fresh Water delivered on such Day to the Fresh Water Delivery Points shall be deemed to equal the volumes of Fresh Water measured at the Fresh Water Measurement Point on each Day. The changing and integration of the charts (if utilized for measurement purposes hereunder) and calibrating and adjusting of meters shall be performed by Antero Water.
Measurement Equipment. 6.1 With respect to Gas received under at the Entry Point, unless otherwise agreed, Shipper shall install, operate and maintain the Measurement Equipment or cause the same at the Entry Point and with respect to Gas delivered under at the Exit Point, unless otherwise agreed, Transporter shall install, operate and maintain the Measurement Equipment or cause the same at the Exit Point.
Measurement Equipment. 1.1 The Measurement Provisions shall be as set out in this Schedule 5. The provisions of this Schedule 5 as to the measurement of flow (and determination of volume and energy) and the determination of gas quality, including calorific value of gas, delivered to the System shall apply to the System Entry Point.
Measurement Equipment. The measurement equipment includes:  Pediatric and adult scales to obtain a weight measurement for applicants and clients.  Recumbent board for obtaining length measurements for infants/young children.  Non-stretchable measuring tape and Handi-Stat, or a wall measuring board/foot piece, for older children/adults. All adult and pediatric scales must be inspected annually by state, city, or county inspectors. A list of Weights and Measures Inspectors is listed on the Indiana Department of Health Web site at xxxx://xxx.xx.xxx/isdh/25082.htm. This procedure assists with accurate weight measurements. Documentation of the inspection must be available. This may consist of a sticker placed on each scale indicating the month and year of inspection or a written report. If the inspector indicates repairs are needed, then repairs should be made, and a copy of the repair receipt filed. If a measuring board is mounted to the wall for height measurements, a footboard of equal width must be mounted to ensure accurate measurements. Baseboards or moldings must be removed to allow the heels to touch the wall if a measuring tape is mounted directly on the wall. Additional procedures for weighing and measuring clients are found in the Certification Chapter of the Indiana WIC Program Policy and Procedure Manual. Hemoglobin value is the most commonly used test to screen for iron deficiency anemia. In Indiana, a HemoCue analyzer and accompanying Microcuvettes or a Pronto analyzer with accompanying adult and pediatric sensors and cable, are used to measure the hemoglobin level. The Hemocue measurement is obtained by utilizing the following supplies:  Alcohol.  Sterile gauze squares.  Self-retracting lancets.  Adhesive bandages.  Paper towels.  Disposable non-sterile medical gloves.  Heavyweight trash bags.  Disinfectant products.  Sharps container.  Protective and imperviously-backed surface covering material. Procedures for obtaining a hemoglobin value can be found in the Certification Chapter of the Indiana WIC Program Policy and Procedure Manual. The local agency is responsible for providing training to employees for correct procedures to obtain a hemoglobin value and for using the HemoCue and Pronto analyzers. CLIA Waiver In order to perform client hemoglobin testing using the Hemocue machine, the WIC clinic must obtain a Clinical Laboratory Improvement Amendment (CLIA) Waiver, be in compliance with laboratory testing according to CLIA standards, and must submit t...
Measurement Equipment. Section 11.1 of the Gathering Agreement is hereby deleted in its entirety and replaced with the following: “Excluding Producer owned Measurement Facilities identified in Exhibit M, Gatherer shall install, own, operate, and maintain Measurement Facilities at other Receipt Points or one or more centralized measurement sites of Gatherer as determined by Gatherer at Gatherer’s sole discretion for the purpose of measuring Gas at Receipt Points and shall ensure that the relevant Downstream Pipeline installs, owns, operates, and maintains Measurement Facilities at the Delivery Points (but downstream of any slug catcher) for Gas. Measurement Facilities measuring Gas at the Receipt Points or at any centralized measurement sites shall meet current industry standards for custody transfer measurement. Gatherer shall operate and maintain at Gatherer’s cost all Measurement Facilities, including those identified in Exhibit N. Producer shall have the right to install check Measurement Facilities at the location of Gatherer’s Measurement Facilities, including the right to install check measurement equipment on Gatherer’s meter assembly, provided such Measurement Facilities do not interfere with Gatherer’s Measurement Facilities. Gas measured at a centralized measurement site of Gatherer in accordance with the provisions hereof shall be deemed to be measured at the Receipt Point for all purposes under this Agreement. Where Gatherer installs centralized measurement, Producer shall, at Gatherer’s cost, provide Gatherer with the ability to retrieve Producer’s Well Pad information, including but not limited to pressure, flow, gas temperature, and moisture level (where Producer installs dehydration) so long as Gatherer’s equipment (and the installation thereof) does not interfere with Producer’s operations. All installation by Gatherer under this Section 11.1 shall be at Gatherer’s sole cost.”
Measurement Equipment. The Purchaser hereby undertakes to install, at the supply point, electricity measurement equipment which shall enable a register log to be kept as well as quarter-hourly remote telemetering data regarding the active and reactive energy consumption, in a perfect state of repair, and the Purchaser shall enable the Marketer or the distributor to access the supply point in order to verify the correct installation and operation thereof. The Client is responsible for the measurement equipment and must not manipulate it, and must immediately notify the measurement equipment’s supplier of any incident which may be detected in relation to the functioning thereof. Furthermore, the Client must enable the distributor company and the Marketer (or any duly authorised legal representative that acts in the name and on behalf thereof) to access the measurement equipment, at all times, for the purposes of carrying out the necessary readings for the invoicing thereof, as well as to examine the functioning thereof and to verify the correct maintenance thereof. Measurement equipment’s installation and verification shall be paid by the Purchaser. Furthermore, the Purchaser shall install, at its own cost and expense, a dedicated telephone line in order that the measurement equipment may be connected to by the Marketer via modem. In the situation in which the measurement equipment were to fail, and if electricity consumption data was unavailable, the electricity shall be invoiced in accordance with the provisions established for said effects and purposes. If said provisions had not been established, the historical invoiced consumption values in relation to the same period of the year and for similar conditions regarding the Facilities operation, shall be used as a benchmark.
