Common use of MEASUREMENT AND VERIFICATION Clause in Contracts

MEASUREMENT AND VERIFICATION. Project Sponsor shall document the measurement and verification of the Energy Savings or Peak Demand Savings, or both, that result from the Measures installed as a part of the Project as set forth in the Measurement and Verification Plan found in the Project Application, which is attached hereto as Exhibit A. The measurement and verification activities shall be performed by Project Sponsor.
