Measured Interact Traffic. To the extent that a Fiber Meet arrangement established under this Agreement is used for the transmission and routing of traffic of the types set forth in Sections 3.1.3.1 and/or 3.1.3.5, other than the obligation to pay intercarrier compensation charges pursuant to the terms of the Agreement, neither Party shall have any obligation to pay the other Party any charges in connection with any Fiber Meet arrangements established under this Agreement. To the extent that a Fiber Meet arrangement established under this Agreement is used for the transmission and routing of traffic of the type set forth in Section 3.1.3.2, the transport and termination of such traffic shall be subject to the rates and charges set forth in the Agreement and applicable Tariffs. To the extent that a Fiber Meet arrangement established under this Agreement is used for the transmission and routing of traffic of the type set forth in Section 3.1.3.3, the Party originating such traffic shall compensate the terminating Party for the transport and BullsEyeSC Cornpv3.2.doc termination of such traffic at the rates and charges set forth in the Agreement and applicable Tariffs. To the extent that a Fiber Meet arrangement established under this Agreement is used for the transmission and routing of traffic of the type set forth in Section 3.1.3.4, Verizon shall charge (and BUL shall pay) Verizon's applicable rates and charges as set forth in the Agreement and Verizon'e applicable Tariffs, including transport charges to the terminating Verizon Tandem.

  • Measured Internet Traffic Dial-up, switched Internet Traffic originated by a Customer of one Party on that Party’s network at a point in a Verizon local calling area, and delivered to a Customer or an Internet Service Provider served by the other Party, on that other Party’s network at a point in the same Verizon local calling area. Verizon local calling areas shall be as defined by Verizon. For the purposes of this definition, a Verizon local calling area includes a Verizon non-optional Extended Local Calling Scope Arrangement, but does not include a Verizon optional Extended Local Calling Scope Arrangement. Calls originated on a 1+ presubscription basis, or on a casual dialed (10XXX/101XXXX) basis, are not considered Measured Internet Traffic. For the avoidance of any doubt, Virtual Foreign Exchange Traffic (i.e., V/FX Traffic) (as defined in the Interconnection Attachment) does not constitute Measured Internet Traffic.

  • Direct Trunked Transport 7.3.2.1 Either Party may elect to purchase direct trunked transport from the other Party.

  • Transit Traffic 7.2.2.3.1 CenturyLink will accept traffic originated by CLEC’s network and/or its end user(s) for termination to other Telecommunications Carrier’s network and/or its end users that is connected to CenturyLink's Switch. CenturyLink will also terminate traffic from these other Telecommunications Carriers’ network and/or its end users to CLEC’s network and/or its end users. For purposes of the Agreement, transit traffic does not include traffic carried by Interexchange Carriers. That traffic is defined as Jointly Provided Switched Access.

  • Direct transport 1. The preferential treatment provided for under this Agreement shall apply only to products satisfying the requirements of this Protocol, which are transported directly between the Parties or through the territories of the other countries referred to in Articles 3 and 4 with which cumulation is applicable. However, products constituting one single consignment may be transported through other territories with, should the occasion arise, trans-shipment or temporary warehousing in such territories, provided that they remain under the surveillance of the customs authorities in the country of transit or warehousing and do not undergo operations other than unloading, reloading or any operation designed to preserve them in good condition. Originating products may be transported by pipeline across a territory other than that of the Parties.

  • Traffic Measurement and Billing over Interconnection Trunks 6.1 For billing purposes, each Party shall pass Calling Party Number (CPN) information on at least ninety-five percent (95%) of calls carried over the Interconnection Trunks.

  • Mileage Measurement Where required, the mileage measurement for LIS rate elements is determined in the same manner as the mileage measurement for V&H methodology as outlined in NECA Tariff No. 4.

  • Tandem Transit Traffic 12.1 As used in this Section 12, Tandem Transit Traffic is Telephone Exchange Service traffic that originates on CSTC's network, and is transported through a Verizon Tandem to the Central Office of a CLEC, ILEC other than Verizon, Commercial Mobile Radio Service (CMRS) carrier, or other LEC, that subtends the relevant Verizon Tandem to which CSTC delivers such traffic. Neither the originating nor terminating customer is a Customer of Verizon. Subtending Central Offices shall be determined in accordance with and as identified in the Local Exchange Routing Guide (LERG). Switched Exchange Access Service traffic is not Tandem Transit Traffic.

  • Meter Testing Company shall provide at least twenty-four (24) hours' notice to Seller prior to any test it may perform on the revenue meters or metering equipment. Seller shall have the right to have a representative present during each such test. Seller may request, and Company shall perform, if requested, tests in addition to the every fifth-year test and Seller shall pay the cost of such tests. Company may, in its sole discretion, perform tests in addition to the fifth year test and Company shall pay the cost of such tests. If any of the revenue meters or metering equipment is found to be inaccurate at any time, as determined by testing in accordance with this Section 10.2 (Meter Testing), Company shall promptly cause such equipment to be made accurate, and the period of inaccuracy, as well as an estimate for correct meter readings, shall be determined in accordance with Section 10.3 (Corrections).

  • Metering Data At Developer’s expense, the metered data shall be telemetered to one or more locations designated by Connecting Transmission Owner, Developer and NYISO. Such telemetered data shall be used, under normal operating conditions, as the official measurement of the amount of energy delivered from the Large Generating Facility to the Point of Interconnection.

  • Loop Testing/Trouble Reporting 2.1.6.1 USA Telecom, Inc. will be responsible for testing and isolating troubles on the Loops. USA Telecom, Inc. must test and isolate trouble to the BellSouth portion of a designed/non-designed unbundled Loop (e.g., UVL-SL2, UCL-D, UVL-SL1, UCL-ND, etc.) before reporting repair to the UNE Customer Wholesale Interconnection Network Services (CWINS) Center. Upon request from BellSouth at the time of the trouble report, USA Telecom, Inc. will be required to provide the results of the USA Telecom, Inc. test which indicate a problem on the BellSouth provided Loop.
