Means of Giving Notice. Except as otherwise set forth in any applicable law or any provision of the Certificate of Incorporation or these By-Laws, notice of any meeting shall be given by the following means:
Means of Giving Notice. All communications among the Project Signatories concerning the activities performed pursuant to the terms and conditions of this FPA shall be directed to the individuals listed below by controlled or certified mail.

A copy of all notices sent to Landlord via any of the foregoing delivery methods shall simultaneously be sent via email to xxxxxxx@xxxxxxxxxxxxxx.xxx. Any notice shall be deemed to be effective upon receipt by, or attempted delivery to, the intended recipient. Any notice under this Lease may be given by counsel to the party giving such notice.
Means of Giving Notice. Notice shall be deemed to have been given when received if personally delivered, upon electronic confirmation of receipt, if transmitted by facsimile, or one (1) Business Day after deposit for overnight delivery by a nationally recognized overnight delivery service (e.g., FedEx) if paid in advance and properly addressed.
Means of Giving Notice. ▪ The employer or employee who intends to terminate the contract of employment must give notice of this in writing. ▪ Construction site employee: for this employee, the period of notice will always end on the last day of the week, and the contract of employment will subsequently terminate on the following Monday, always with due observance of the full period of notice. If the period of notice ends on a Monday, the contract of employment only terminates on the following Monday. ▪ uta employee: for this employee, the period of notice will always end on the last day of a pay period, and the contract of employment will terminate after the last day of the pay period, always with due observance of the full period of notice. This can be a different day if the employer and employee have agreed this in writing or if this is customary.
Means of Giving Notice. (a) Notice to Directors. Whenever under applicable law, the Certificate of Incorporation or these Bylaws notice is required to be given to any director, such notice shall be given either (i) in writing and sent by mail, or by a nationally recognized delivery service, (ii) by means of facsimile telecommunication or other form of electronic transmission, or (iii) by oral notice given personally or by telephone. A notice to a director will be deemed given as follows: (i) if given by hand delivery, orally, or by telephone, when actually received by the director, (ii) if sent through the United States mail, when deposited in the United States mail, with postage and fees thereon prepaid, addressed to the director at the director’s address appearing on the records of the Corporation, (iii) if sent for next day delivery by a nationally recognized overnight delivery service, when deposited with such service, with fees thereon prepaid, addressed to the director at the director’s address appearing on the records of the Corporation, (iv) if sent by facsimile telecommunication, when sent to the facsimile transmission number for such director appearing on the records of the Corporation, (v) if sent by electronic mail, when sent to the electronic mail address for such director appearing on the records of the Corporation, or (vi) if sent by any other form of electronic transmission, when sent to the address, location or number (as applicable) for such director appearing on the records of the Corporation.

Means of Giving Notice. Whenever under Law, this Agreement, the Certificate of Formation or the Stockholder Agreement, notice is required to be given to any Manager or member such notice may be given in writing and delivered personally, through the United States mail, by a recognized express delivery service (such as Federal Express) or by means of telegram, telex or facsimile transmission, addressed to such Manager or Member at his address or telex or facsimile transmission number, as the case may be, appearing on the records of the Company, with postage and fees thereon prepaid. Such notice shall be deemed to be given at the time when the same shall be deposited in the United States mail or with an express delivery service or when transmitted, as the case may be. Notice of any meeting of the Board may be given to a Manager by telephone and shall be deemed to be given when actually received by the Manager.
Means of Giving Notice. When giving notice with regard to FPA modification or termination, the Parties will contact the FPA signatories in writing.
