Common use of Means of Communication Clause in Contracts

Means of Communication. The Customer agrees that the Company shall be entitled to record all communications between the Parties or any representative thereof and maintain such records at its discretion and without further notice. The Company shall make available to the Customer all the information that the Company is obliged, according to the relevant provisions of the Payment Services Law 128 (I)/2009, to provide or to make available to the Customer. Such information shall be made available at least on a monthly basis. Where the Customer is other than a consumer or a micro-enterprise, the Company shall not be obliged to prove that it has complied with the information requirements imposed by the Payment Services Law 128(I)/2009. The Company shall provide to the Customer the abovementioned information as obliged by the relevant provisions of the Payment Services Law 128(I)/2009 or any other notices, statements or other documents either:
