Meal Provisions. Employees meal periods shall be thirty (30) minutes in length and shall be observed no sooner than one (1) hour prior nor one (1) hour later than midshift of the work shift, but in no event will employees be required to work more than five (5) hours from the start of the shift without a meal period.
