Meal Allowances During Overtime. For the purposes of, and subject to the provisions of, subclause 17.2., an Employee required to work overtime for more than two hours shall be paid a “first meal” $16.373812 for a meal and, if owing to the amount of overtime worked, a second or subsequent meal is required he/she shall be paid “subsequent meal” $16.373812 for each meal so required. This shall not apply where meals are provided by the City at the City’s cost. This allowance shall be increased annually (as at the beginning of the financial year), by the Consumer Price Index, all groups for Perth, for the 12 months to the March quarter prior to each increase calculated as the average of the latest four quarters over the average of the preceding four quarters.

This shall not apply where meals are provided by the employer at the employer’s cost. This allowance shall be increased annually (at the same time as salary increases), by the Consumer Price Index, all groups for Perth, for the 12 months to the June quarter prior to each increase.
Meal Allowances During Overtime. The provisions relating to meal allowances during overtime are contained in sub clauses 34.7.1, 34.7.2 or 34.7.3, whichever is applicable to the relevant staff member.

  • Meal Allowances Employees assigned to be in travel status between the employee's temporary or permanent work station and a field assignment shall be reimbursed for the actual cost of meals including a reasonable gratuity. Employees must meet the following conditions to be eligible for meal reimbursement:

  • Meal Allowance A shift worker who works a qualifying shift of eight hours or the rostered shift, whichever is the greater, and who is required to work more than one hour beyond the end of the shift (excluding any break for a meal) shall be paid a meal allowance of $7.95, or, at the option of the employer, be provided with a meal.

  • Overtime Meal Allowances (a) An Employee who is required to work a minimum of two and one-half (2½) hours overtime before or after his/her scheduled hours of work, shall be provided with a meal or shall be reimbursed nine dollars ($9.00). A meal break of one-half (½) hour with pay shall be given at the overtime rate. This section shall not apply to an Employee who is on travel status which entitles him/her to claim for lodging and/or meals.

  • Overtime Meal Allowance ‌ An employee who works two and one-half hours of overtime immediately before or following his/her scheduled hours of work shall receive a meal allowance of seven dollars. One-half hour with pay shall be allowed the employee in order that he/she may take a meal break either at or adjacent to his/her place of work.

  • Special Allowances, i e., Moving, Travel, Isolation, One Room School, Rural, Outer Island, Village Assignment, Pro-D Travel Allowance, etc.

  • Parental Allowance (a) An employee who has been granted parental leave without pay, shall be paid a parental allowance in accordance with the terms of the Supplemental Unemployment Benefit (SUB) Plan described in paragraphs (c) to (i), providing he or she:

  • Per Diem Allowance A per diem allowance of seven dollars and thirty-five cents ($7.35) may be claimed for each twenty-four (24) hour period while away from home.

  • Tool Allowances The Employer shall supply all tools and equipment required to perform the work.

  • Special Allowances The Bank shall provide Executive with either the use of an automobile or an automobile allowance and either the use of a cellular telephone or a cellular telephone allowance during the Employment Period in accordance with the standard policies and practices of the Bank and consistent with that provided to Executive as of the Effective Date; provided that the allowance for a given year must be paid to the Executive not later than 2.5 months after the end of such year.
