MDU. If your Service Address is in a multiple development or dwelling unit, by signing this Agreement, you (a) request that Bell TV deliver notice on your behalf to the television broadcasting distribution undertaking currently serving your Service Address for the express and specific purpose of terminating any existing television and audio broadcasting service to your Service Address; and (b) appoint Bell TV as your agent to take any additional action necessary, including the purchase of inside wiring and/or serving your Service Address pursuant to section 10 of the Broadcasting Distribution Regulations.
