In consideration of the mutual covenants and promises contained herein, and for other good and valuable consideration, the adequacy and receipt of which are hereby acknowledged, you and McDonald’s agree to the following: TERMINATION DATE Your date and time of termination (“Termination Date”) shall be close of business November 1, 2019.
