May Hold Senior Notes. The Trustee, any Authenticating Agent, any Paying Agent, any Securities Registrar or any other agent of the Company, in its individual or any other capacity, may become the owner or pledgee of Senior Notes and may otherwise deal with the Company with the same rights it would have if it were not Trustee, Authenticating Agent, Paying Agent, Securities Registrar or such other agent.

May Hold Senior Notes. The Trustee, any Authenticating Agent, Trustee and any Paying Agent, any Securities Senior Note Registrar or any other agent of the Company, in its individual or any other capacity, may become the owner or pledgee of Senior Notes and, subject to Trust Indenture Act Sections 310(b) and 311, may otherwise deal with the Company with the same rights it would have if it were not Trustee, Authenticating Agent, Paying Agent, Securities Senior Note Registrar or such other agent.
