Maximum Revolving Advances. In the case of any Revolving Advances requested to be made, after giving effect thereto, the aggregate Revolving Advances shall not exceed the maximum amount of Revolving Advances permitted under Section 2.1; and
Maximum Revolving Advances. The aggregate balance of Revolving Advances outstanding at any time shall not exceed the Maximum Revolving Advance Amount.
Maximum Revolving Advances. The aggregate balance of Revolving Advances plus the aggregate face amount of Letters of Credit outstanding at any time shall not exceed the lesser of (a) Maximum Revolving Advance Amount and (b) the Formula Amount.

Each request for a Revolving Advance or Letter of Credit by any Borrower or Borrowing Agent hereunder shall constitute a representation and warranty by each Borrower as of the date of such request that the conditions contained in this subsection shall have been satisfied.

The aggregate balance of (i) Revolving Advances, plus (ii) the amount of outstanding Swingline Loans, plus (iii) the aggregate amount of Letters of Credit outstanding at any time shall not exceed the lesser of (a) the Maximum Revolving Advance Amount or (b) the Formula Amount.

The aggregate balance of Revolving Advances outstanding at any time shall not exceed the lesser of (x) the Maximum Revolving Advance Amount less the sum of (a) outstanding Equipment Value Advances, (b) outstanding Inventory Value Advances, and (c) outstanding Letters of Credit and (y) the Borrowing Base.
Maximum Revolving Advances. In the case of any Revolving Advances requested to be made, after giving effect thereto, the aggregate Revolving Advances shall not exceed the maximum amount of Revolving Advances permitted under Section 2.5 hereof. Each request for an Advance by Borrower hereunder shall constitute a representation and warranty by Borrower as of the date of such Advance that the conditions contained in this subsection shall have been satisfied.
