Common use of Maximum Reimbursement Clause in Contracts

Maximum Reimbursement. Unless previously agreed in writing, the maximum reimbursement for Direct Labor and Direct materials for repair of a defective Boeing Product will not exceed 65% of Boeing’s then-current sales price for a new replacement Boeing Product. Inspection, removal, reinstallation labor, final testing, inspection and transportation costs are separate and are not to be included in the cost elements used to determine the 65% limit.
