Common use of Maximum Reimbursement Clause in Contracts

Maximum Reimbursement. Unless previously agreed, the maximum reimbursement for Direct Labor and Direct Materials used to Correct a defective Boeing Product will not exceed 65% of Boeing's then-current sales price for a new replacement Boeing Product.
