Maturity and Interest Rate. The Borrower shall repay the Loan in full, together with any interest accrued but unpaid thereon, on the maturity date set forth in the Note. Advances shall bear interest on the unpaid principal balance of the Loan outstanding at any time from the Funding Date of each such Advance to the maturity date (or repayment) at the rate set forth in the Note. “Funding Date” means, with respect to any Advance, the date on which such Advance is made to the Borrower.
