Mature. (1) Unproven is a UAS that has minimal if any flights. Exit criteria for this level are: 5 consecutive takeoff, approach, and landing/recovery cycles over 5 separate test periods without a safety-of-flight critical failure or serious deviation from planned parameters.

  • Final Maturity The Stated Maturity Date for any Note will be the date so specified in the Supplement, which shall be no later than 397 days from the date of issuance. On its Stated Maturity Date, or any date prior to the Stated Maturity Date on which the particular Note becomes due and payable by the declaration of acceleration, each such date being referred to as a Maturity Date, the principal amount of each Note, together with accrued and unpaid interest thereon, will be immediately due and payable.

  • Maturity Date This Agreement shall continue in effect until the maturity date set forth on the Schedule (the "Maturity Date"), subject to Section 6.3 below.

  • Final Maturity Date On the Final Maturity Date, the Borrower shall additionally pay to the Agent for the account of the Creditor Parties all principal and other sums then accrued or owing under any Finance Document.

  • Repayment Dates The first repayment instalment for the Loan shall be repaid on the date falling 3 months after the Drawdown Date, each subsequent repayment instalment shall be repaid at 3-monthly intervals thereafter and the last instalment shall be repaid, together with the Balloon Instalment, on the date falling on the sixth anniversary of the Drawdown Date.

  • Interest After Maturity Any amount of the Loans not paid when due, whether at the date scheduled therefor or earlier upon acceleration, shall bear interest until paid in full at a rate per annum equal to the greater of (i) 2.00% in excess of the rate applicable to the unpaid principal amount immediately before it became due, or (ii) 2.00% in excess of the Base Rate in effect from time to time.

  • Repayment of Borrowings repay the principal of, or pay interest on or any other sum in connection with any of its Borrowed Money except for Borrowed Money pursuant to the Security Documents;

  • Maturity As provided therein, the entire unpaid principal balance of each Note shall be due and payable on the Maturity Date thereof.

  • Repayment of the Loans The Companies (a) may prepay the Obligations from time to time in accordance with the terms and provisions of the Notes (and Section 17 hereof if such prepayment is due to a termination of this Agreement); (b) shall repay on the expiration of the Term (i) the then aggregate outstanding principal balance of the Loans together with accrued and unpaid interest, fees and charges and; (ii) all other amounts owed Laurus under this Agreement and the Ancillary Agreements; and (c) subject to Section 2(a)(ii), shall repay on any day on which the then aggregate outstanding principal balance of the Loans are in excess of the Formula Amount at such time, Loans in an amount equal to such excess. Any payments of principal, interest, fees or any other amounts payable hereunder or under any Ancillary Agreement shall be made prior to 12:00 noon (New York time) on the due date thereof in immediately available funds.

  • Term Advances The Borrower shall repay to the Agent for the ratable account of the Term Lenders on the Maturity Date the aggregate principal amount of the Term Advances then outstanding.

  • Repayment of the Loan 7.1 Ku6 Technology may, at any time during the Loan Term by delivery of a repayment notice (the “Repayment Notice”) to Borrower thirty (30) days in advance, demand at its absolute discretion that the Borrower shall repay the Loan in whole or in part.
