Common use of Material Subsidiaries Clause in Contracts

Material Subsidiaries. The Borrower shall cause each of its Subsidiaries which (a) becomes a Material Subsidiary on or after the date hereof or (b) becomes a guarantor of the Senior Notes or the Splitco Notes on or after the date hereof to join the Subsidiary Guaranty as a Guarantor pursuant to a joinder agreement in the form attached to the Subsidiary Guaranty within thirty (30) days of such Person becoming a Material Subsidiary or becoming such a guarantor, as applicable.
