Common use of Match Requirements Clause in Contracts

Match Requirements. This Agreement requires at least a fifty percent (50%) non-federal match from the Grantee towards the work funded under this Agreement. Therefore, the Grantee is responsible for providing $850,000.00 towards the Project funded under this Agreement. It is understood that any additional funds necessary for the completion of this project are the responsibility of the Grantee.
