Common use of Master Servicing Compensation Clause in Contracts

Master Servicing Compensation. (a) As compensation for its activities hereunder, the Master Servicer shall be entitled to receive the Servicing Fee from full payments of accrued interest on each Mortgage Loan. The Master Servicer shall be solely responsible for paying any and all fees with respect to a Subservicer and the Trust Estate shall not bear any fees, expenses or other costs directly associated with any Subservicer.

Master Servicing Compensation. (a) As compensation for its activities hereunder, the Master Servicer shall be entitled to receive the Master Servicing Fee from full payments of accrued interest on each Mortgage LoanLoan or as otherwise provided in Section 3.07. The Master Servicer shall be solely responsible for paying any and all fees with respect to a Subservicer and the Trust Estate shall not bear any fees, expenses or other costs directly associated with any Subservicer.

The Master Servicer shall be solely responsible for paying any and all fees with respect to a Subservicer and the Trust Estate shall not bear any fees, expenses or other costs directly associated with any Subservicer.
