Common use of Master Servicer’s Financial Statements and Related Information Clause in Contracts

Master Servicer’s Financial Statements and Related Information. For each year this Agreement is in effect, the Master Servicer shall submit to the Trustee, each Rating Agency and the Depositor a copy of the annual audited financial statements of its parent on or prior to March 31st of each year commencing on March 31, 2007. Such financial statements shall include comparative balance sheets, income statements, statement of changes in shareholder's equity, statements of cash flows, a consolidating schedule showing consolidated subsidiaries and any related notes required pursuant to generally accepted accounting principles, certified by a nationally recognized firm of Independent Accountants to the effect that such financial statements were examined and prepared in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles applied on a basis consistent with that of the preceding year.

Such financial statements shall include comparative a balance sheetssheet, income statementsstatement, statement of retained earnings, statement of additional paid-in capital, statement of changes in shareholder's equity, statements of cash flows, a consolidating schedule showing consolidated subsidiaries financial position and any all related notes required pursuant to generally accepted accounting principlesand schedules and shall be in comparative form, certified by a nationally recognized firm of Independent Accountants to the effect that such financial statements were examined and prepared in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles applied on a basis consistent with that of the preceding year.

Such financial statements shall include comparative a balance sheetssheet, income statementsstatement, statement of retained earnings, statement of additional paid-in capital, statement of changes in shareholder's equity, statements of cash flows, a consolidating schedule showing consolidated subsidiaries financial position and any all related notes required pursuant to generally accepted accounting principlesand schedules and shall be in comparative form, certified by a nationally recognized firm of Independent Accountants to the effect that such financial statements were examined and prepared in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles applied on a basis consistent with that of the preceding year.
