Master Plumber Clause Samples

The 'Master Plumber' clause designates a licensed and qualified individual or entity responsible for overseeing and performing plumbing work under a contract. This clause typically requires that all plumbing services be conducted by a master plumber who holds the appropriate certifications and complies with local regulations. By specifying this requirement, the clause ensures that plumbing work meets professional standards, reduces the risk of substandard workmanship, and helps protect both parties from potential legal or safety issues.
