Common use of Master Plans Clause in Contracts

Generalized, non-binding, land use plans for targeted areas that are prepared by, and adopted by, a municipality for the purpose of integrating large scale residential and non-residential development in a unified manner. Pottstown Metropolitan Regional Comprehensive Plan (Plan) – The regional comprehensive plan referred to in Section V of this Agreement, including all amendments and supplements thereto, and any new plan substituted therefore, as in force at the time of application under this Agreement.
