Master Plan Revisions. There shall be three categories of Master Plan revisions: Major, Minor, and De Minimis Revision requests. Developer may request Major revisions to the Master Plan (including the Town Center Amendment discussed in section 6.11, above) no more than once in any calendar year, unless mutually agreed to by the City. All proposed revisions shall be considered under the approval criteria identified below.
