Masonry Work Clause Samples

The Masonry Work clause defines the standards, materials, and methods required for all masonry-related construction activities within a project. It typically outlines the types of bricks, blocks, or stones to be used, the mortar specifications, and the workmanship quality expected, as well as any testing or inspection procedures. By clearly setting these requirements, the clause ensures that masonry work meets structural, aesthetic, and safety standards, thereby reducing the risk of defects and disputes over construction quality.
