Common use of Marriage Leave Clause in Contracts

Marriage Leave. After the completion of one year's continuous employment, an employee who gives the Employer at least ten (10) working days notice, shall be granted special leave with pay of five days, for the purpose of getting married.

Marriage Leave. After An employee who has accumulated twelve (12) months of employment with the completion of one year's continuous employment, an employee Company and who gives the Employer Company at least ten twenty (1020) working days notice, notice shall be granted special eligible for up to five (5) days paid leave with pay of five days, for the purpose of getting married.
