Marketing Reports. During the Exclusivity Period, PECO shall provide to DEI an ongoing report based upon DEI’s calendar year summarizing their marketing activities. Thisinformation will include activity such as PECO Customers’ feedback on Product, PECO Customer/distributors suggestions for new products, support and operational issues between DEI and PECO, competitive marketing intelligence, market share data, material changes at PECO’s company, analysis of sales to forecast, promotional activities completed and planned etc.
Marketing Reports. RBS or its Affiliates shall provide written reports to LKS on June 30th and December 31st of each year concerning the efforts being made in accordance with this Section with respect to a Product in each country of the Major Markets until launch of such Product in all Major Markets. The report shall contain information about the timing of Product launch in such countries. RBS or its Affiliates shall provide LKS with any additional information reasonably requested by LKS in this respect. No more frequently than once a year and upon LKS' request, RBS or its Affiliates shall also provide to LKS, both prior to and after marketing a Product, a brief summary of the marketing plans for each Product in the Major Markets and sales estimates for each Product to be sold in each Major Market. In addition, RBS or its Affiliates shall provide LKS with an overview of marketing activities and sales estimates on a per Product basis for the remaining countries in the Territory.

Marketing Reports. By 31 March of each Contract Year, UCB shall provide Jazz Pharmaceuticals with a written report summarizing its sales and marketing activities across the Territory for the immediately preceding Contract Year, and sales and marketing plans for the Territory, including sales estimates, for the current Contract Year.
Marketing Reports. Within thirty (30) days of the end of each Quarter, TEAMM shall provide Arius with a sales report, market share report, all information available to TEAMM regarding the Product and its ability to compete with other products for related uses and to meet customer needs, detailed information regarding sales of the Product such as pricing trends by geographic region, sales information indicating sales by geographic region, and sales by medical or physician specialty and other market subcomponents, price sensitivity studies or testing, and any other market analysis produced or acquired in the normal course of TEAMM’s business which Arius may reasonably require or properly consider advisable or necessary, in the interest of its business to which this Agreement relates.
Marketing Reports. The Contractor shall compile, prepare and provide to the Executive Director, within twenty (20) Business Days immediately following the end of each calendar quarter, a report containing a list of the Contractor’s completed marketing activities during the preceding month, which report shall be in form and substance as approved by the Board. The Contractor also shall provide a written report of ongoing and completed marketing efforts and expenditures including an analysis of the effectiveness of its marketing strategies in form and substance as approved by the Board within thirty (30) Business Days of each calendar quarter end.
