Marketing Practices. Merchant will comply with US state and federal anti-spam laws, including the CANSPAM Act and equivalent EU, Canadian and international legislation. Merchant shall also comply with and be bound by BlueSnap’s privacy policy as set forth in the BlueSnap website, as may be amended from time to time.

Marketing Practices. OEM will (i) conduct business in a manner that reflects favorably at all times on the Software and the good name, goodwill, and reputation of Licensor or the Software; and (ii) make no false or misleading representation with respect to the Software.

Marketing Practices. Reseller will at all times perform hereunder in an ethical and professional manner and in accordance with this Agreement and any guidelines issued by ILS.
