Marketing Costs. Acquirer shall bear the costs of printing all marketing collateral required for the purposes of promoting the Program. Planet Payment shall bear the costs of its drafting and design of such collateral materials. The parties may from time to time agree on any joint marketing activities to be undertaken by them to promote the Acquire Program and shall agree on the allocation of the costs of such activities prior to entering into any commitment therefor.
