Marketing Agent. User hereby appoints Innovate Cities as its agent for the marketing and delivery of the User Datasets to Dataset Consumers. User acknowledges that Innovate Cities will market and make the User Datasets available for use solely via CityShield, which will not provide CityShield Participants with the ability to export or download the User Dataset outside of CityShield.

Marketing Agent. Diamond Resorts International Marketing, Inc., a California corporation, its successors or assigns, which successors or assigns are subject to Lender’s prior written consent, which company will enter into the Transfer Pricing Agreement with Borrower.

Marketing Agent. 27.1. Coinvest will perform certain marketing services for and of Ukheshe Services and Products, which includes but is not limited to creation and/or placing of branding, research, advertising, marketing, consulting, creative and/or digital services (“Marketing Services”).
