This billing adjustment will appear on your utility ▇▇▇▇ and may be a credit or a charge to your Standard Offer Service ▇▇▇▇, depending on National Grid rates at the time. Clearview is not responsible for the National Grid Basic Service Billing Adjustment and does not receive these fees.
