Market Abuse Laws. Employee acknowledges that, depending on his or her country or broker’s country, or the country in which Common Stock is listed, he or she may be subject to xxxxxxx xxxxxxx restrictions and/or market abuse laws in applicable jurisdictions, which may affect his or her ability to accept, acquire, sell or attempt to sell, or otherwise dispose of the shares of Common Stock, rights to shares of Common Stock (e.g., RSUs) or rights linked to the value of Common Stock, during such times as Employee is considered to have “inside information” regarding Newmont (as defined by the laws or regulations in applicable jurisdictions, including the United States and Employee’s country).   • CHILD ABUSE REPORTING CONTRACTOR hereby agrees to annually train all staff members, including volunteers, so that they are familiar with and agree to adhere to its own child and dependent adult abuse reporting obligations and procedures as specified in California Penal Code section 11165.7, AB 1432, and Education Code 44691. To protect the privacy rights of all parties involved (i.e., reporter, child and alleged abuser), reports will remain confidential as required by law and professional ethical mandates.
