Marine Operations. Water-based. Those employees certified for and assigned to one of the Water-based Marine Operations units (presently Stations 6, 17 and 21) in the assignment of Deckhand or Officer shall receive six percent (6%) over their regular wage rate for their Firefighter or Officer classification. Effective July 1, 2013, Harbor Pilots will receive six percent (6%) over their regular wage rate. Engineers assigned to Water-based Marine Operations in those capacities will not receive the premium, as their Marine Operations duties are already figured into their wage structure. Assignment and required certifications shall be at the sole discretion of the Bureau. Additionally, the Bureau may require that incumbents to Water-based Marine Operations assignments successfully pass an annual evaluation based on criteria established by the Bureau.

Marine Operations. Effective January 1, 2011, any member qualified and designated as a marine operator shall receive One Hundred and Fifty Dollars ($150.00) per calendar year.
Marine Operations. (a) Vessel - Should Product be delivered to Facility by vessel or barge, CUSTOMER shall give the WESTWAY terminal five days advance notice of the expected arrival time. The Master of the vessel, his representative, or CUSTOMER shall give WESTWAY at least six (6) hours advance notice of the vessel’s readiness to discharge cargo. If the vessel is ready to discharge and WESTWAY is ready to receive the cargo in less than six (6) hours after notice has been given, then discharge shall commence without further delay. WESTWAY’s personnel will perform no work on the vessel. Vessels discharging less than 10,000 short tons, will pump Product to Facility at an average rate of not less than 150 short tons per hour. Vessels discharging more than 10,000 short tons, will pump Product to Facility at an average rate of not less than 200 short tons per hour. If the average discharge rate is less than the agreed upon average per hour, then the difference between the actual and the calculated will be subject to overtime rates as per Schedule .

  • Business Operations Company will provide all necessary equipment, personnel and other appurtenances necessary to conduct its operations. Company will conduct its business operations hereunder in a lawful, orderly and proper manner, considering the nature of such operations, so as not to unreasonably annoy, disturb, endanger or be offensive to others on the Airport. Company will provide all services under this Agreement on a fair and reasonable basis to all users of the Airport. Service will be prompt, courteous and efficient.

  • Interim Operations The Company covenants and agrees as to itself and its Subsidiaries that, after the date hereof and prior to the Effective Time (unless Parent shall otherwise approve in writing and except as otherwise expressly contemplated by this Agreement):

  • Operations Fire An “Operations Fire” is a fire caused by Purchaser’s Operations other than a Neg- ligent Fire. Forest Service, except as provided in B7.3, shall use cooperative deposits under B4.218 to perform fire sup- pression activities on Operations Fires. Xxxxxxxxx agrees to reimburse Forest Service for such cost for each Opera- tions Fire, subject to a maximum of the dollar amount stated in A14. The cost of Purchaser’s actions, supplies, and equipment on any such fire provided pursuant to B7.3, or otherwise at the request of Forest Service, shall be credited toward such maximum. If Purchaser’s actual cost exceeds Purchaser’s obligation stated in A14, Forest Service shall reimburse Purchaser for the excess.

  • Processing operations The personal data transferred will be subject to the following basic processing activities:

  • System Operations Each party, at its own expense, shall provide and maintain the equipment, software, services and testing necessary to transmit Data Communications to, and receive Data Communications from the parties’ respective Receipt Computers.

  • Operations Logs Seller shall maintain a complete and accurate log of all material operations and maintenance information on a daily basis. Such log shall include, but not be limited to, information on power production, fuel consumption, efficiency, availability, maintenance performed, outages, results of inspections, manufacturer recommended services, replacements, electrical characteristics of the generators, control settings or adjustments of equipment and protective devices. Seller shall maintain this information for at least two (2) years and shall provide this information electronically to Buyer within one day of Buyer’s request.

  • Operations As of the date hereof, the Company has not conducted, and prior to the IPO Closing the Company will not conduct, any operations other than organizational activities and activities in connection with offerings of its securities.

  • Health Care Operations Health Care Operations shall have the meaning set out in its definition at 45 C.F.R. § 164.501, as such provision is currently drafted and as it is subsequently updated, amended or revised.

  • Operator The Optionee shall be the operator for purposes of developing and executing exploration programs.
