Common use of MARINE DISASTER Clause in Contracts

MARINE DISASTER. 41.1 Any employee who, while in the employ of the Company, suffers loss of clothing and/or personal effects actually incurred through marine disaster or shipwreck, shall be compensated by the payment of an amount up to $1,700 on production of a notarized affidavit detailing the items lost.
