MARGIN OF PREFERENCE. Apply Margin of Preference, if so allowed to all evaluated and accepted tender as follows. If the TDS so specifies, KPLC will grant a margin of preference of fifteen percent (15%) to be loaded on evaluated prices of foreign tenderers, where the percentage of shareholding of Kenyan citizens is less than fifty-one percent (51%).
