Common use of Manufacturing Plants Clause in Contracts

Manufacturing Plants. (a) All employees in manufacturing plants who work on New Year's Day, Family Day, the designated Easter Holiday, Victoria Day, Canada Day, British Columbia Day, Labour Day, Thanksgiving Day, Remembrance Day, Christmas Day and Boxing Day shall be paid rate and one-half for all hours so worked except as provided for in Article V - Hours of Work, Section 1(b) or Section (2)(b)B.
