Manufacturing Capability Clause Samples

Manufacturing Capability. Once any Product designed and developed by BUYER has reached a mutually agreeable level of manufacturing maturity, Manufacturer will take all actions necessary to demonstrate that Manufacturer has the capability to manufacture such Product (“Manufacturing Capability”).

Manufacturing Capability. During the Term, Seller agrees to establish and have in place at its expense those facilities, manufacturing and test equipment and labor necessary to manufacture Items as required by Buyer consistent with the terms and conditions of this Agreement. Manufacturing Capability. The Offeror shall provide their manufacturing capability as follows:

Manufacturing Capability. Atrix shall maintain sufficient manufacturing capabilities, including qualifying its pilot facility located in Fort Coll▇▇▇, ▇▇lorado as an alternate manufacturing site, and a sufficient stock of the necessary raw materials packaging, labeling, inserts and work-in-process to enable it to meet Block's anticipated demand for the Product.
