Common use of Manufacturer’s Certification Clause in Contracts

Manufacturer’s Certification. The City reserves the right to request from bidders/proposers a separate Manufacturer’s Certification of all statements made in the bid/proposal. Failure to provide such certification may result in the rejection of bid/proposal or termination of contract/agreement, for which the bidder/proposer must bear full liability.
