Manual Watering. Manual watering (when ordered by the City) will be paid for at the price agreed upon and authorized by a Work Order. The payment for manual watering shall only be made for reasonable amounts of time required to set up equipment, adjust for coverage, occasional monitoring, and breakdown of equipment.
