Manner of Service. The Borrower irrevocably consents to the service of process out of the Courts of Primary Jurisdiction in accordance with the local rules of civil procedure or by mailing a copy thereof, by registered mail, postage prepaid to the Borrower at the address of the Borrower, or by sending a copy thereof by facsimile or e-mail in PDF format to the Borrower at the facsimile number or e-mail address of the Borrower determined under Section 12.8.

CONTRACTOR shall obey all laws governing the operation 9 of the sweepers on a public street, and shall perform its operations so that sweepers are 10 traversing their routes in the normal direction of traffic.

Manner of Service. All notices, demands or requests from one party to another shall be in writing and may be (i) by personal delivery with notice effective on the date of personal delivery, (ii) by nationally recognized overnight courier offering guaranteed delivery, such as Federal Express, DHL, or Express Mail, in which case service shall be effective on the business day of guaranteed delivery, (iii) by certified or registered mail, postage prepaid, to the addresses specified in the Basic Lease Provisions, in which case service shall be effective on the second business day after mailing.
