Common use of Manner of Performance Clause in Contracts

Manner of Performance. Notwithstanding the above, the Practice shall have no right to control the manner or method by which the Specialist performs the actual Dental Services and said dental treatment is the Specialist's sole responsibility. Notwithstanding the above, the Dental Services provided by the Specialist to the Practice's patients shall be reasonably satisfactory in all aspects to the Practice, shall meet or exceed industry and community standards for dental practice and treatment, and shall adhere to the protocol represented by the Specialist in the Case Statement. The Specialist shall be entirely and solely responsible for the Specialist's acts while engaged in providing Dental Services hereunder.
