Manner of Giving. A communication may be delivered by hand, sent by prepaid post or sent by facsimile transmission to the address of the party or parties to which it is being given and is deemed to have been received:

Manner of Giving. Whenever under the provisions of the laws of the State of Delaware, the Certificate of Incorporation or these By-laws, notice is required to be given to any director or stockholder, it shall not be construed to mean personal notice, but such notice may be given by mailing or telegraphing (including telex or cable or other similar means) the same to each such director or stockholder at such address as appears on the books or in the records of the Corporation, and such notice shall be deemed to be given at the time when the same is thus mailed or telegraphed.
Manner of Giving. Each such communication shall be given (i) by registered or certified mail of the United States Postal Service, return receipt requested, postage prepaid, (ii) by overnight delivery service guaranteeing next business day delivery, or (iii) via telecopier or facsimile transmission to the facsimile number listed above; provided, however, that if such communication is given by telecopier or facsimile transmission, an original counterpart of such communication shall concurrently be sent in the manner specified in clause (ii) above.

Boulevard Evansville, IN 47708 ; and if to Tenant: Aztar Indiana Gaming Corporation Vice President Administration 0000 X. Xxxxxxxxx Xxxx Phoenix, AZ 85016 With a copy to: Xxxxxxx X. Xxxxxxx, Esq. Xxxxxx, Xxxxxxx, Xxxxxxx & Shoulders 0000 Xxx National Bank Building Evansville, IN 47706 Either party may change such address for notice by notice given to the other party in the aforesaid manner.

All notices to be given hereunder shall be deemed to be properly given if, in the case of notices by the Lessor to the Lessee, they are addressed to Lessee at 620 South Platt Road, Milan, Michigan 48160, or such other address as xxx Xxxxxx xxx xxxx time to time furnish to the Lessor in writing for such purpose: and, in the case of notices by the Lessee to the Lessor, if they are addressed to Lessor at 3425 Parkside Drive, Flint, MI 48503, or such other address as the Lexxxx xxx xxxx xxxx xx xxxx xxxxxxx xo the Lessee in writing for such purpose. Each such notice, demand, request or other communication shall be given (i) against a written receipt of delivery, or (ii) by registered or certified mail of the United States Postal Service, return receipt requested, postage prepaid, or (iii) by a nationally recognized overnight courier service for next business day delivery, or (iv) via telecopier or facsimile transmission to the facsimile number listed above, provided, however, that if such communication is given via telecopier or facsimile transmission, an original counterpart of such communication shall concurrently be sent in either the manner specified in clause (i) or (iii) above.
Manner of Giving. Whenever under this Lease a provision is made for notice of any kind, such notice shall be in writing and signed by, or on behalf of, the party giving or making the same. If such notice is to Lessee, it shall be deemed sufficient notice and service thereof if sent by registered or certified mail, postage prepaid, to the last post office address of Lessee furnished to Lessor for such purpose. If such notice is to Lessor; then it shall be deemed sufficient if sent to Lessor by registered or certified mail, postage prepaid to Lessor at the address furnished for such purpose, or to the place then fixed for the payment of rent.
