Manner of Acting. If a quorum is present, the affirmative vote of Series Members holding a Majority Interest in a Series shall be the act of the Series Members, unless the vote of a greater or lesser proportion or number is otherwise required by the Act or expressly by this Agreement or a Series Agreement. Only the Series Members of each specific Series may vote or consent upon any matter concerning that Series, and their vote or consent, as the case may be, shall be counted in the determination of whether the matter was approved by the Series Members.
