Mandatory Provident Fund. The Employer and the Employee are to make contributions towards the Mandatory Provident Fund Scheme in accordance with the requirements specified in the Hong Kong Mandatory Provident Fund Schemes Ordinance.
Mandatory Provident Fund a) The Employee will become a member of a registered Mandatory Provident Fund (MPF) Scheme. As a member of the MPF, you are required to contribute an amount equal to a percentage of your salary up to a maximum of HKD1,500 per month. (Subject to any changes under the Mandatory Provident Fund Schemes Ordinance (Chapter 485, Laws of Hong Kong)).
Mandatory Provident Fund. 13.1 Save for the requirements under the Mandatory Provident Fund Schemes Ordinance (Chapter 485 of the Laws of Hong Kong) or under any other applicable laws, the Target Company is not under any legal or other liability or obligation, or a party to any ex-gratia arrangement or promise, to pay any retirement or death or disability benefit, pension, gratuity, annuity, superannuation allowance or the like, or life assurance, medical insurance or permanent health payments or the like (the aforesaid together, “Benefits”), to or for any of its past or present officers, employees or their dependents or other persons; and there are no schemes, plans, arrangements or proposals in relation to Benefits (or their provision) or similar schemes or arrangements in relation to, or binding on, the Target Company (or its present or former employees) or to which the Target Company contributes or has contributed or proposes to contribute.
Mandatory Provident Fund. 7.1 Unless exempt, the Employee will be enrolled in a Mandatory Provident Fund Scheme selected by the Company, to which both the Employee and the Company are required to make contributions in accordance with the Mandatory Provident Fund Schemes Ordinance. The Company will deduct from the Employee’s monthly salary an amount equivalent to his mandatory employee contribution to be paid into the Mandatory Provident Fund Scheme.

Mandatory Provident Fund. 4.1. Subject to the exemptions set out in the Mandatory Provident Fund Ordinance, the Employee shall be eligible to be enrolled in the Company’s Mandatory Provident Fund subject to the terms of the scheme in force from time to time and to the right of the trustee to vary, amend or discontinue the scheme at any time. For the avoidance of doubt, the Company’s Mandatory Provident Fund shall not form any part of this Agreement.
Mandatory Provident Fund. “MPF”) Employee will be enrolled as a member of the Company’s Mandatory Provident Fund Scheme in accordance with the rules and regulations of the MPF Schemes Ordinance. Calculations of the first Employer and Employee mandatory contribution dates are subject to the provisions of MPF Scheme Ordinance. A person who has been granted an employment visa for permission to work in Hong Kong for a period of 13 months or less OR who is member of a provident, pension, retirement or superannuation scheme established outside Hong Kong would be exempted from the provisions of the MPF Schemes Ordinance.
