Each Dealer Loan, Purchased Loan or Purchased Loan Contract which is subject to a payment in accordance with Section 3.02(b), 3.03(d) or 4.07 of the Sale and Servicing Agreement shall, upon payment in full of the related Purchase Amount, be reconveyed to CAC and shall no longer constitute Contributed Property.
