Mandatory Overtime. When the Medical Center is not able to secure volunteers to work the overtime assignment, the Director will assign the least senior qualified person to work the assignment, on a rotating basis. Mandatory overtime shall be distributed on a rotating basis. The Medical Center will make its best efforts to provide an employee who is to be mandated to work overtime with as much notice as possible.
